About Thinking About Becoming The Fat Old EX Jewish Guy Who Lives In The Projects.
I really don't even know if one can become an EX Jew. What a Jew even is is subject to intense debate and has been written about from every possible point of view. I've spoken here of my being alienated from the Jewish people, my anger and oppositiion to what is being done in the name of Jews not only in Palestine/Israel but also of what you might call my nostalgia for that part of Jewishness that made some of us jump to the aid and defense of others less fortunate and more oppressed. A dying breed.
My life has become enmeshed and entwined with issues that don't impinge much on Jewish people. New York's Child Protective Services, for whom I worked for more than ten years, supposedly protects the most vulnerable children of the City. It ends up terrorizing, atomizing and pimping off the poorest sectors, mainly of Black and Hispanic people, and worst of all, children who are often troubled and with medical problems too and their mothers who have little or no help in this world. Few Jews work in this area and few are ever molested by what Administration for Children's Services does and does not do.
I've come to understand that there is and was and must be a First Cause, who or that "let there be light." I cannot understand the Universe and the very existence of life in any other way. The God of the bible? I am sure the bible was written by people. It self contradicts in places and borrows from older books too.

I don't quite know where I fit. I love the part of the world I was born in and care deeply for the well being of those who live here, that being New York. It's ethnic makeup, class makeup and a lot of its physical characteristics have changed greatly since I grew up here and now the changes seem so rapid I feel like it is being pulled right out from beneath my feet.
While Americans are more church going than Europeans are of course there is no one religion or denomination that has a majority of the people adhering to it. The founders of this country were for the most part Deists and they used the term "Creator" in the founding documents, but not the word "God" and not any reference to Christ.
I discovered as a young conscript taking basic training with a cross section of American young men from not only New York but Ohio and West Virginia and Puerto Rico that most of them would go to church to evade duties on Sundays, but free of those duties they would range as far from the barracks as they were permitted on that day.
The prevelant faith is called "Americanism" or it seems so to me and it involves interest rates on fixed and variable mortgages, an aversion to taking any responsibilty for the governance of the country, television programs and professional sports as far as I can tell.
I do feel more connected to progressive people regardless of their ethnicity or citizenship. Maybe I'm a special case but I also feel more connected to the admittedly virtually dead minority Jewish messianic and utopian activism, the good side of it as I know it was always divided in itself.
Not to willfully insult you but I doo see something of that old activism in you, call it what you will.

Christ is alive now and today, our, Christians' Messiah already came, and we live in His kingdom. So the historical question you ask is not all that relevant for me, and hopefully you'll also jump over it. Let us say: we Christians are Jews whose Messiah came, and who turned everybody who accepted him into brothers. So it is suitable for a person of the left, very much so, but it is suitable for a person of the right, too - anyway this is a point of emphasis.

I won't reply to this letter without sitting on it for a while and thinking hard about what Mr. Eisen has said. Frankly I'm a bit dizzy from my job and this requires careful thought:

I'm delighted that you're thinking of writing another dramatic piece about David Ben-Gurion. You portrayed him so beautifully in your play: How Palestine Became Israel and it's interesting that both of us, without any prior consultation, clearly sense this man and his meaning represent a crucial element in the story.

Add to this, a little snippet I found which described B-G as

So I suggest that rather than look again at Ben-Gurion the great ethnic cleanser (you've already done that admirably) look at Ben-Gurion the Jew. Look at Ben-Gurion the messianic Jew. Look at Ben-Gurion the revolutionary Jew. Look at Ben-Gurion the Jew who 'knows' what's best for everyone.
Look at where Ben-Gurion came from - Plonsk in Poland/Russia. Look at the social conditions and the history of the Jews in the Russian empire - suffering certainly, but also look at their traditional disdain and contempt for the peasantry. By all means look at persecution and pogroms, but also look at the exploitation of the peasantry by Jews as bailiffs, middle-men, tax farmers and tavern-keepers.
There's a story that I much like. A drunken priest habitually drinks in a tavern owned by a Jewish tavern-keeper. (It should be noted that this tavern-keeper only sells the stuff - he doesn't drink it!) One Sunday the local priest, deep into his cups, cannot pay his bill. What to do? He suggests that he leave the keys of the church with the tavern-keeper as surety. A strange offer perhaps but the tavern-keeper agrees. So, sure enough when the locals come to their church for Mass they find the door locked.
The priest says to them,
"The Jew, the Jew! The Jew has the keys and will not let you in." So, sure enough, the enraged peasants go round to the Jew, give him a severe beating and a mini-pogrom takes place.
Now who is to blame? The peasants: certainly for their violence. The priest: absolutely for his drunken irresponsibility and for blaming the Jew and inciting the crowd. But what about the Jewish tavern-keeper, is he not also responsible for his contempt for the peasantry, their faith and their priest which leads him to so readily accept the church keys as surety? But, you say, the priest offered the keys. Yes, but did the Jew have to accept them? And in what spirit did he do so?
But, I hear you and many others say, that Jews only became bailiffs, middle-men, tax-farmers, tavern-owners etc., etc. because they were not allowed to own land. Maybe, but were the Jews, unable themselves to own land, reluctant to join with those who did, in exploiting those who did not? Does our Jewish tavern-keeper pace up and down his tavern devising ways and means by which he could cease his sober exploitation of a drunken peasantry and join his fellow Russians in honest toil? And anyway, why were Jews so valued by oppressors as agents of the oppression? Was it not because, with that age-old, and now inbuilt contempt for the host population, Jews were eminently suitable for such a task?

Take a look at the countless other revolutionary Jews who permeate our recent history and who have had such an energising/disruptive effect on our lives- Sigmund Freud, Karl Marx, Franz Boas, Paul Wolfowitz et al, "Alex Portnoy", Woody Allen, Bob Dylan - the list is endless. All these writers are routinely labelled anti-Semites and perhaps they are. It really all depends on what you mean by the term. If you mean that they hate all Jews simply because they are Jews, then the idea is absurd. But if you mean that they have serious criticisms to make of how so many Jews or their representatives are collectively behaving, or even that we have questions to ask about the nature of an empowered Jewish identity and its effects - then that is another matter altogether. So back to our good friend: David Ben-Gurion. Given his history, his background and his ideology what might his feelings have been towards the Palestinian peasantry who so inconveniently occupied the land of his forefathers? Would he have respected them? Would he have understood their connection to their land and to their culture? Or would he have 'known' far better than they, what was best for them? And, when they proved incapable of truly understanding what that was, what might have been his response?

Paul is allying with the opponents of the Bolshevik Revolution, who include both the Jewish zionist and Aryan wings of the Nazi anti communist movement.
I have plenty of criticism for the old USSR but over all I will assert here that it represented a step forward for humanity. And it was born in a struggle to
1- Stop the slaughter of Russian and other peasants and workers drafted as soldiers into the carnage of World War One.
2- Make the abolishment of serfdom over the Russian peasants real by taking the land away from the former serf owners and their offspring and using the land to make the lives of the peasantry infinitely better. It is interesting how in The Ukraine, (about which we are always told that the peasantry was slaughtered by Bolshevism to usher in collectivization) that the descendants of the "slaughtered" peasantry resisted de collectivization.

We really come down to the question of who morally one should have supported during the Second World War, the USSR or Nazi Germany. Was the USSR worse than Nazi Germany? I don't wonder much how Weber would answer that question, do you?
Was it more murderous? Weber puts out the worn out myth of a "Soviet Holocaust" against Russian, Ukrainian and other peoples, mainly of the peasantry. It's a lie.
I think one could understand many reasons why Jews would have supported and been in the vanguard of Bolshevism, some good motives and some not good motives. That there ever was a trend among Jews that was pro peasant, pro toiler, pro oppressed bothers a lot of people. That there ever were selfless Jews who hated material wealth, who scorned it and who put their lives on the line for others bothers lots of people. Am I saying these are typical Jews? No, they never were.
Being a defender of the accomplishments of the Bolshevik Revolution I also defend from insidious Jew baiting many many revolutionaries who are not and never could have been Jewish, (The Chinese Revolution comes to mind ) as well as those who were born of Jews who whether they were actually carrying on a Jewish tradition, or breaking with Jewish tradition, or both at the same time who gave much of themselves, including their lives, for the oppressed.
Can one go deeper and find contradictions in many of these Jews? For sure. Coming from an insular and insulated background and wanting to do what is right, there would be room for gigantic disastrous miscomprehensions and miscues. The mainly but not entirely Jewish Weather Underground, who took up arms against the US government in the face of the Vietnam War and the government warfare against Black Liberation forces like the Black Panther Party ended up being harshly criticized by those very Black Panthers and told "later for your stupid revolution." Coming from comfortable circumstances many were coopted into bureaucracies that lived off of as well as led the USSR and other revolutionary states.
When I total it up I am for these revolutions. One can criticize them to one's heart content, but I see a grave tragedy in their defeats. What say you, Paul?

I'm delighted that you're thinking of writing another dramatic piece about David Ben-Gurion. You portrayed him so beautifully in your play: How Palestine Became Israel and it's interesting that both of us, without any prior consultation, clearly sense this man and his meaning represent a crucial element in the story.

Add to this, a little snippet I found which described B-G as

So I suggest that rather than look again at Ben-Gurion the great ethnic cleanser (you've already done that admirably) look at Ben-Gurion the Jew. Look at Ben-Gurion the messianic Jew. Look at Ben-Gurion the revolutionary Jew. Look at Ben-Gurion the Jew who 'knows' what's best for everyone.
Look at where Ben-Gurion came from - Plonsk in Poland/Russia. Look at the social conditions and the history of the Jews in the Russian empire - suffering certainly, but also look at their traditional disdain and contempt for the peasantry. By all means look at persecution and pogroms, but also look at the exploitation of the peasantry by Jews as bailiffs, middle-men, tax farmers and tavern-keepers.
There's a story that I much like. A drunken priest habitually drinks in a tavern owned by a Jewish tavern-keeper. (It should be noted that this tavern-keeper only sells the stuff - he doesn't drink it!) One Sunday the local priest, deep into his cups, cannot pay his bill. What to do? He suggests that he leave the keys of the church with the tavern-keeper as surety. A strange offer perhaps but the tavern-keeper agrees. So, sure enough when the locals come to their church for Mass they find the door locked.
The priest says to them,
"The Jew, the Jew! The Jew has the keys and will not let you in." So, sure enough, the enraged peasants go round to the Jew, give him a severe beating and a mini-pogrom takes place.
Now who is to blame? The peasants: certainly for their violence. The priest: absolutely for his drunken irresponsibility and for blaming the Jew and inciting the crowd. But what about the Jewish tavern-keeper, is he not also responsible for his contempt for the peasantry, their faith and their priest which leads him to so readily accept the church keys as surety? But, you say, the priest offered the keys. Yes, but did the Jew have to accept them? And in what spirit did he do so?
But, I hear you and many others say, that Jews only became bailiffs, middle-men, tax-farmers, tavern-owners etc., etc. because they were not allowed to own land. Maybe, but were the Jews, unable themselves to own land, reluctant to join with those who did, in exploiting those who did not? Does our Jewish tavern-keeper pace up and down his tavern devising ways and means by which he could cease his sober exploitation of a drunken peasantry and join his fellow Russians in honest toil? I have plenty of criticism for the old USSR but over all I will assert here that it represented a step forward for humanity. And it was born in a struggle to
1- Stop the slaughter of Russian and other peasants and workers drafted as soldiers into the carnage of World War One.
2- Make the abolishment of serfdom over the Russian peasants real by taking the land away from the former serf owners and their offspring and using the land to make the lives of the peasantry infinitely better. It is interesting how in The Ukraine, (about which we are always told that the peasantry was slaughtered by Bolshevism to usher in collectivization) that the descendants of the "slaughtered" peasantry resisted de collectivization.

We really come down to the question of who morally one should have supported during the Second World War, the USSR or Nazi Germany. Was the USSR worse than Nazi Germany? I don't wonder much how Weber would answer that question, do you?
Was it more murderous? Weber puts out the worn out myth of a "Soviet Holocaust" against Russian, Ukrainian and other peoples, mainly of the peasantry. It's a lie.
I think one could understand many reasons why Jews would have supported and been in the vanguard of Bolshevism, some good motives and some not good motives. That there ever was a trend among Jews that was pro peasant, pro toiler, pro oppressed bothers a lot of people. That there ever were selfless Jews who hated material wealth, who scorned it and who put their lives on the line for others bothers lots of people. Am I saying these are typical Jews? No, they never were.
Being a defender of the accomplishments of the Bolshevik Revolution I also defend from insidious Jew baiting many many revolutionaries who are not and never could have been Jewish, (The Chinese Revolution comes to mind ) as well as those who were born of Jews who whether they were actually carrying on a Jewish tradition, or breaking with Jewish tradition, or both at the same time who gave much of themselves, including their lives, for the oppressed.
Can one go deeper and find contradictions in many of these Jews? For sure. Coming from an insular and insulated background and wanting to do what is right, there would be room for gigantic disastrous miscomprehensions and miscues. The mainly but not entirely Jewish Weather Underground, who took up arms against the US government in the face of the Vietnam War and the government warfare against Black Liberation forces like the Black Panther Party ended up being harshly criticized by those very Black Panthers and told "later for your stupid revolution." Coming from comfortable circumstances many were coopted into bureaucracies that lived off of as well as led the USSR and other revolutionary states.
When I total it up I am for these revolutions. One can criticize them to one's heart content, but I see a grave tragedy in their defeats. What say you, Paul?

I'm not sure that we're addressing the same issues. I don't see myself
as being allied with opponents of the Bolshevik revolution per se and I
can't help it that I cite people who are.
I only dislike Bolshevism insofar as it seems to chock-full of slogans,

(Very Jewish). For the same reasons, I would dislike National Socialism.
The only reason that I maybe seem to favour the latter over the former
is because the latter lost and the former won. (I'm a sort-of Brit, so I
always favour underdogs)
But my main beef with Bolshevism in this context is that it was full of
"Jews who know". This is the problem I'm going on about - Jews who know
what's best for everyone - and that goes for all the do-gooding Jews as

Dear Fellow Americans and Citizens of the International Community,
I am the mother of Lt. Ehren Watada, an officer stationed at Ft.
Lewis. He was part of a Stryker brigade unit that deployed to Iraq on
June 22nd. On that fateful day, he quietly defied the movement order
and chose not to board the plane with his men. Despite unrelenting
pressure to conform from the day he submitted his request for
discharge (in January 2006) to the day of deployment, he remained true
to his conviction. He believed that he could support his men best by
not leading them into an illegal war and occupation that had already
claimed countless Iraqi and American lives. He believed that he could
serve them by taking a stand against the war rather than an being an
accomplice in a policy that uses our troops for immoral, unethical
purposes.
Through rigorous scrutiny of the facts, gleaned through research
and consultation with experts, inside and outside of the military and
the structures of government, he concluded that he could no longer be
silent while atrocities were committed in the name of democracy. He
could no longer be a tool of an administration that used nothing but
deception and lies to make the case for pre-emptive war. He realized
that he had not relinquished the freedom to choose what is right and
that the freedom to choose what is right transcends the allegiance to
man and institutions.
As an officer, his duty is to support and defend the US
Constitution, against enemies foreign and domestic, and to obey only
lawful orders. In refusing to deploy to Iraq, Lt. Watada fulfilled his
duty. In response, the military charged him with missing movement,
contemptuous remarks against the president and behavior unbecoming to
an officer. Taken together, these charges amount to 7 years in a
military prison.
As a mother, I have taken the first step in "a journey of a
thousand miles." My son's decision raised to my awareness the
disconnect between what I had taught him and what I was really willing
to have him do. Initially, the moment of truth stared me down, and I
honestly could not find words to justify that self-centered,
protective response that whispered, "Not my son…. Let someone else's
son be a hero." Needless to say, this experience became a
life-changing event. I have nothing but admiration and respect for the
course my son has chosen. He has my unconditional support.
I invite you to affirm your support of Lt. Ehren Watada now,
during his pre-trial hearing on Aug 17th and 18th, and into the
future. Whether or not he is permitted to submit evidence supporting
his refusal to deploy and his first amendment rights remains to be
seen. Nevertheless, the military must know that the world is watching
and that justice must be served.
On August 16th, National Day of Education, groups nationally and
internationally are asked to conduct teach-ins to address the
illegality and immorality of the Iraq war and occupation and the
message Lt. Watada conveys. Instruction and dialog can be conducted in
schools, homes, churches, community centers, etc. In addition,
rallies, bannering, vigils, etc. will be held at Ft. Lewis and
throughout the US and abroad. This is an opportunity to raise
consciousness, to empower and to inspire the masses to action.
Join us in laying the groundwork for mass mobilization and civil
disobedience during the court-martial.

Today's "This Day In History" features the lynching of Leo Frank a Jewish factory owner who was accused and convicted of raping and murdering a white child laborer in his family's pencil factory in Georgia.
I find it curious at the least, for example in the Leo Frank case, that people who were to go on to reorganize the Ku Klux Klan would have lynched an innocent Jew rather than a guilty Black man. I do not accept as gospel the notion that Frank was innocent.
Also this article points out the fact that Frank's defense attorney had tried to play the anti Black race card in conducting the defense and that Jewish jurors had voted for indictment of Frank. These things are generally not put forward in discussions of the Frank case. Frank is generally portrayed as a victim of racism, not someone who would stoop to use racism himself. The fact that there were Jews on the Grand Jury that indicted Frank is a revelation to me.

I find it curious at the least, for example in the Leo Frank case, that people who were to go on to reorganize the Ku Klux Klan would have lynched an innocent Jew rather than a guilty Black man. I do not accept as gospel the notion that Frank was innocent.
Also this article points out the fact that Frank's defense attorney had tried to play the anti Black race card in conducting the defense and that Jewish jurors had voted for indictment of Frank. These things are generally not put forward in discussions of the Frank case. Frank is generally portrayed as a victim of racism, not someone who would stoop to use racism himself. The fact that there were Jews on the Grand Jury that indicted Frank is a revelation to me.

I have been reading very carefully through all the Sunday newspapers to try and analyse the truth from all the scores of pages claiming to detail the so-called bomb plot. Unlike the great herd of so-called security experts doing the media analysis, I have the advantage of having had the very highest security clearances myself, having done a huge amount of professional intelligence analysis, and having been inside the spin machine.
So this, I believe, is the true story.
None of the alleged terrorists had made a bomb. None had bought a plane ticket. Many did not even have passports, which given the efficiency of the UK Passport Agency would mean they couldn't be a plane bomber for quite some time...

7 World Trade Center
That's the building that was not hit by any airplane and collapsed hours after the attack at near free fall speed. It's owner, Larry Silverstein, let the cat out of the bag, I think when he said that the building was "pulled." It would have taken days to prepare this controlled demolition. If 7 WTC was all set for a controlled demolition before the attack, what of the Twin Towers??
About Oliver Stone's 9/11
I haven't seen the movie yet but here is a review by someone who understands that the official version of the events of 9/11 make no sense. She feels that Stone also knows this and that he was limited to conveying hints to the audience.
I am a New Yorker and I recall walking the streets of downtown, the ashes on my shoes, in shock. Ever since Vietnam days, and more so after the Christmas Day bombing of Belgrade, and the arming of Israel I had thought that somehow and some way there would be some dramatic attack on my country in retribution. I wasn't happy with the thought nor did I welcome the notion of being a target myself, but there seemed an inevitability about it. Whether or not this attack ever comes it seems that the events of September 11, 2001 were something quite different.
Advance Review of Oliver Stone's "World Trade Center" by a 9/11 Truth Activist

Having gotten an invitation to an advance screening of Oliver Stone’s latest film ‘World Trade Center’ in San Francisco last week, I gladly took up the offer to see this much-anticipated film two weeks before the official opening.

Having gotten an invitation to an advance screening of Oliver Stone’s latest film ‘World Trade Center’ in San Francisco last week, I gladly took up the offer to see this much-anticipated film.
As a 9/11 Truth activist and I was going to take a decidedly different approach in reviewing the film than other sources. Instead of analyzing the acting, the plot or by speculating on how well it would do at the box office, I instead was going to look at the film for clues that Oliver Stone was aware of problems with the official story and, hopefully, enlighten the viewing audience in his cinematic narrative. Was the Oliver Stone that politically transformed a generation by exposing us to an alternative understanding of the way the world works, like he did in ‘JFK’, still out there? Would he mention Building 7, the explosions heard by rescue personnel going off within the building and other strange anomalies? This is what I had my eyes and ears out for.
The film is based on a true story of two Port Authority policemen, Police Chief John McCloughlin (played by Nicholas Cage), and Rookie William Jimeno (played by Michael Pena) and depicts their harrowing story on 9/11. After a brief introduction to their families, we soon follows the two officers through their routine morning foot patrol, and just a short while later, into to an earth shattering chaos that happens when the planes hit the towers.
After calls for the evacuation of the towers, Port Authority Chief McCloughlin rushes to organize a team of officers to assist people who are trying to get out of the building. As the team of volunteers moves through Tower 2, one can hear the very audible sound of explosives going off all around them. The rookie Jimeno comments on these sounds only to be told by McCloughlin, “Don’t Think, Just Move.” Sound familiar?
Soon, the explosions get more powerful and with a terrible roar Tower 1 comes crashing down leaving the two men buried in the concourse elevator shaft, along with their dead, or soon to be dead, colleagues.
(I would like to stop here in the narrative and give Stone credit for emphasizing the explosions. They were very noticeable and corroborate eyewitness testimony by emergency personnel. 1 point for Stone.)
The drama continues to unfold with interspersed sounds of explosions and another harrowing escape from death as Tower 2 falls down with a crashing roar around the pinned men. After both towers fall, there is an inexplicable scene of more explosions, coupled with hissing sounds and then a scene from Dante’s Hell — flaming boulders fall and molten steel pours on the men to their astonished horror. Once again, the rookie screams in puzzlement and frustration as to what could cause such a thing to happen.

Unfortunately, the officers do not get a reprieve from the horror as many hours later they are rocked once again as Building 7 comes crashing down near them. Here Stone shows a TV news clip, you know that frontal shot of the building that looks like an unmistakable demolition. The puzzled faces on the port Authority officers at headquarters as they view this scene on the television conveys just how incredulous the thought this event was.
(Another point for Stone for showing that Building 7 clip coupled with the incredulous faces of the officers. See WTC7.net for video clip. 3 points in total so far for Stone for showing obvious anomalies in the official story.)
But, having acknowledged that there were attempts of daring on Stone’s part with this film, I am also aware that some of these clues might be too subtle for those who bought hook, line and sinker the official story. The critical details of the explosions and the melting steel (something a regular carbon-based fire cannot do) and Building 7’s collapse tends to get lost by the intense human drama and dialogue unfolding on the screen.
To sum it up, Stone not only did a good job in relating the story of these men and for conveying the emotional and psychological trauma that occurred to them and their families, but for also conveying the message that there are problems with the official story. By emphasizing the explosions, showing the collapse of Building 7 and implying Thermite usage, I believe that he was trying to wake people up to these important issues.
My friend, however, felt that Stone did not go far enough in exposing the evidence and was generally disappointed with the film. But, in all probability, Stone’s hands were tied as he is basically talking about an event were the perpetrations are still in charge and a studio (Paramount) who did not want to be too adventurous. There was probably only so far he could go.
I know I am being presumptuous by assuming Stone is a disbeliever of the official story of 9/11, but I believe he has giving us enough cinematic clues to conclude that is the case. Will the audience notice is the question.
The movie ends with Dave Karnes (Michael Shannon), a retired Marine who helped rescue the officers saying, “This must be avenged… if only we are brave enough to do so.” That is a good question. Are we brave enough?

Free Geneva Johnson
Geneva Johnson is a 14 year old African American child who is a victim of the so called child protective system in New York City. Her uncle, Sheldon Johnson has been campaigning and trying to bring attention to the abuses that NYPD and ACS perpetrated on Geneva and her grandmother.
I personally informed Commissioner Mattingly about two managers in particular who simply refused to allow caseworkers to seek out kinship resources for children taken into foster care, Child Prtotective Manager Rodney Jackson, and so called "acting Child Protective Manager" Elaine Davis. Mattingly thanked me for the information and indeed a review of kinship placement statistics at Emergency Children's Services was conducted, however neither Jackson nor Davis were punished nor retrained and kinship placement figures for ACs remain low.

An order of removal was signed to remove my niece Geneva Johnson from the premises of her grandmother Annie Lackey on 2/2/05 base on a lie by an ACS case worker (Angelica Reyes). It was determined that an emergency removal was necessary because the case worker claimed that her grandmother exhibits bizarre behavior; and the absence of furniture in her home with the exception of a dresser and a few chairs.
Supervising Judge Susan Knipps of family court (60 Lafayette st) signed the emergency removal order for Geneva Johnson with insufficient proof and no professional testimony, no legal representation or examination of the alleged victim who was 13 at the time. In fact on 2/3/05 the next day the Judge did not allow Geneva to speak in court, and her Law guardian (Natalie Albert) did not represent Geneva’s best interest in court concerning the innocence of her grandmother. Instead they plotted to place her into a DRC facility and have her mentally evaluated and medicated. The Judge violated Family court act 1028 by directing Ms. Lackey’s newly appointed attorney Ms. Baronoff not to have the 72 hour hearing that she is entitled to get Geneva back home.
In fact no family resource was contacted nor were any services offered as required by the NYS family court act to avoid removal of Geneva or placement into foster care. Ms. Lackey and Geneva are both dedicated Christians of Jehovah witnesses and neither has any history of mental illness, abuse or criminal activity. On 2/17/05 I went to family court with the hopes to get Geneva placed into my care until this tragedy passed over. I was informed by Angelica Reyes and Natalie Albert: “that the only way I can get Geneva placed into my custody is to go thru an ICPC which can take upwards from anywhere to 3 to 6 months and until then she will have to remain in foster care.”
I knew what they were telling me did not make any sense; we’re living in America, and the law cannot possibly be that screwed up, I remembered reasoning to my self. I next challenged the allegations against my mother and asked for an explanation. I was informed that my mother was believed to be mentally ill and my niece was removed for imminent risk to life and health. I immediately asked for their proof to this ridiculous allegation and they replied it was confidential and that I’m not a party to this case (docket no: N-1301/05 NYS family court 60 Lafayette st.).
The Judge informed my mother that she and Geneva will have to see the court psychiatrist to determine her mental status if she wants her granddaughter back. Ms. Lackey never has been to a clinical psychiatrist, thus without professional diagnosis what is the basis for the Judge to account for an assessment? Ms. Lackey will not comply with the Judge’s wishes because it’s obvious that the courts doctors will find an unfavorable diagnosis to support the courts claims especially since the removable was done on very deliberate and questionable grounds. The burden of proof should fall on the accuser not the accused.
On 3/24/05 Elvis Liburd and Robert Griffith of the dept. of social services petitioned the Supreme Court ex parte motion part (index 400985/05) for an order to gain access into Ms. Lackey’s home. They claimed that she was mentally impaired and exhibits psychotic, paranoid, schizophrenic behavior and that she has auditory hallucinations amongst other things. On 3/30/05 Mr. Griffith and 6 NYPD officers and a psychiatrist showed up at Ms. Lackey’s residence in a failed attempt to force my mother into psychiatric care. I immediately went down to confront Mr. Griffith about the fictitious claim he bought against my mother and threatened the dept. of Social Services with a lawsuit. They later dropped their case against my mother (foajm.2645851). I later discovered that I can apply for legal guardianship for Geneva; a right that was deliberately withheld from me by ACS, family court and Geneva’s law guardian.
On 6/13/05 I was denied the right to file for legal guardianship for my niece Geneva by family court clerk Thomas O’Connor who I immediately reported to the inspector general office with no satisfaction till this date in writing. During Geneva’s stay in foster care, ACS has failed to enroll her into school or provide home schooling for her. In fact Geneva has been neglected and abused in most of the foster homes they placed her in; all her cries for help fell upon deaf ears when those crimes were properly reported to ACS officials, her law guardian, and the mayor’s office. I have even written to the Governor’s office, John Mattingly (ACS), the Mayor, various politicians and all law enforcement agencies on her behalf and explained in full detail about the seriousness of the crimes and the abuse that she is suffering each day; nobody did anything.
Geneva grew tired of the educational neglect and the lack of help she was receiving from those who were supposed to be protecting her. It really bothered her that she has been to court more than 18 times and was not allowed to have a voice in court from the Judge even though she is now 14 years old. She was concerned as to why her fact finding hearing did not start as of yet and she grew weary of the psychological conditioning that they were subjecting on her each day. Geneva decided to leave ACS custody after a failed rape attempt at one of their facilities. She returned back to the safety of her family late in the summer of 2005 to escape the many abuses she endured during her tenure in ACS care.
On 12/19/05 ACS workers Sophia Nunez, Michael Navas and 6 officers from NYPD came to Ms. Lackey’s residents and forcibly removed Geneva, painfully handcuffing her in the process while refusing to present or leave the court order they claim they had to justify their actions. Geneva knew she had to get away from this callous agency that did nothing but abuse her and try to force medication on her. She returned home to her Grandmother the next day and went to the hospital for her sore wrist and shortness of breath and filed a complaint against the police officers. A little over a week later on the 28th ACS worker Charles Emanuel along with officers from NYPD Came to Ms. Lackeys home to remove Geneva. This time Ms. Lackey refuse to open the door until they show their court order, instead they chose to break down the door and swarm into her apartment. P.O. Pitts (shield # 2457) threatened to shoot Ms. Lackey on the spot if she moved and ordered her to shut up and get off the phone. Ms. Lackey refused because she was calling for help. The officers began to push her around and then P.O. Cano (shield # 8153) pulled the phone wire out of the wall then pushed Ms. Lackey who is 64 years old out into her hallway barefoot.
Geneva was in the bathroom taking a bath when this entire ruckus started. She was frozen and very scared and did not want to leave her grandmother. Geneva was ordered out the bathroom by the responding officers and she informed them that she was in the bathtub. Next, under Sgt. Caruso command, a Swat team from the 19th precinct with laser guided weapons and full body armor bust down the door and pulled Geneva NAKED out of the tub in full view of the 20 or more police officer’s and the ACS worker, all who were MEN. The officers then painfully handcuffed Geneva and wrapped some sheets around her out of the linen closets and marched her away barefoot in the dead of winter crying like she’s a savage animal or some crazed killer. Next, they took her to Metropolitan Hospital where they injected her with some type of medication while she is still handcuffed with her hands behind her back. Then they put her into a straight jacket and placed her into a psych ward at a DRC facility on 17th street & 2nd ave. The cowardly, thuggish and terrorizing actions of the police officers were reported to the civilian complaint review board (case # 200515422), Internal Affairs, the Mayors office, the Governors office, Don Mattingly (ACS), Robert Morgenthau-District Attorney, FBI, Rep. Carolyn Maloney and a host of others. Nobody did anything but just let the case die down.
Geneva continued to stand firm and returned home to her grandmother on the 30th of December, 2 days after her tragic ordeal. She wrote letters to the Mayor pleading for help, and got nothing, no satisfaction, not even a reply. On 5/7/06 they came back again and took her upstate and locked her up in some type of mental institution. Why is New York City government protecting ACS and Family Court for the obvious crimes they have committed? How many innocent children and parents are subjected to psychiatric evaluation; and are unnecessarily administered mood- stabilizing drugs as a condition to retain the rights of their children?
ACS and Family court is being run like a plantation. It’s a profit-driven industry, a subtle continuation of institutionalized slavery which violates the 13th amendment against slavery and involuntary servitude. Family court has been used to “legalize” this racketeering scheme to rubber stamp ACS state sponsored child & family abuse/neglect cases, and terrorize & subdue underprivileged mothers and their children; mostly Afro-American and Latino. What do they want with Geneva so badly? She did not commit a crime so why do they treat her so? Why are they not educating her? Is this some type of behavior modification experimentation? Why are these individuals being allowed to operate like a secret cult with total impunity within our government?
Constituents of New York please VOICE your OUTRAGE. Today they are targeting mother’s that are considered underprivileged, tomorrow it may be your kids. Please stand up and make the guilty party accountable for their crimes. This is CHILD ABUSE of the worst kind. Please make copies of this document and help pass the word. Their strength is in their concealment. My niece is being used as a sacrificial lamb for their sadistic experiments; and she needs your help. Please make this case public!

On 3/30/05 Mr. Griffith and 6 NYPD officers and a psychiatrist showed up at Ms. Lackey’s residence in a failed attempt to force my mother into psychiatric care. I immediately went down to confront Mr. Griffith about the fictitious claim he bought against my mother and threatened the dept. of Social Services with a lawsuit. They later dropped their case against my mother (foajm.2645851). I later discovered that I can apply for legal guardianship for Geneva; a right that was deliberately withheld from me by ACS, family court and Geneva’s law guardian.
On 6/13/05 I was denied the right to file for legal guardianship for my niece Geneva by family court clerk Thomas O’Connor who I immediately reported to the inspector general office with no satisfaction till this date in writing. During Geneva’s stay in foster care, ACS has failed to enroll her into school or provide home schooling for her. In fact Geneva has been neglected and abused in most of the foster homes they placed her in; all her cries for help fell upon deaf ears when those crimes were properly reported to ACS officials, her law guardian, and the mayor’s office. I have even written to the Governor’s office, John Mattingly (ACS), the Mayor, various politicians and all law enforcement agencies on her behalf and explained in full detail about the seriousness of the crimes and the abuse that she is suffering each day; nobody did anything.
Geneva grew tired of the educational neglect and the lack of help she was receiving from those who were supposed to be protecting her. It really bothered her that she has been to court more than 18 times and was not allowed to have a voice in court from the Judge even though she is now 14 years old. She was concerned as to why her fact finding hearing did not start as of yet and she grew weary of the psychological conditioning that they were subjecting on her each day. Geneva decided to leave ACS custody after a failed rape attempt at one of their facilities. She returned back to the safety of her family late in the summer of 2005 to escape the many abuses she endured during her tenure in ACS care.
On 12/19/05 ACS workers Sophia Nunez, Michael Navas and 6 officers from NYPD came to Ms. Lackey’s residents and forcibly removed Geneva, painfully handcuffing her in the process while refusing to present or leave the court order they claim they had to justify their actions. Geneva knew she had to get away from this callous agency that did nothing but abuse her and try to force medication on her. She returned home to her Grandmother the next day and went to the hospital for her sore wrist and shortness of breath and filed a complaint against the police officers. A little over a week later on the 28th ACS worker Charles Emanuel along with officers from NYPD Came to Ms. Lackeys home to remove Geneva. This time Ms. Lackey refuse to open the door until they show their court order, instead they chose to break down the door and swarm into her apartment. P.O. Pitts (shield # 2457) threatened to shoot Ms. Lackey on the spot if she moved and ordered her to shut up and get off the phone. Ms. Lackey refused because she was calling for help. The officers began to push her around and then P.O. Cano (shield # 8153) pulled the phone wire out of the wall then pushed Ms. Lackey who is 64 years old out into her hallway barefoot.
Geneva was in the bathroom taking a bath when this entire ruckus started. She was frozen and very scared and did not want to leave her grandmother. Geneva was ordered out the bathroom by the responding officers and she informed them that she was in the bathtub. Next, under Sgt. Caruso command, a Swat team from the 19th precinct with laser guided weapons and full body armor bust down the door and pulled Geneva NAKED out of the tub in full view of the 20 or more police officer’s and the ACS worker, all who were MEN. The officers then painfully handcuffed Geneva and wrapped some sheets around her out of the linen closets and marched her away barefoot in the dead of winter crying like she’s a savage animal or some crazed killer. Next, they took her to Metropolitan Hospital where they injected her with some type of medication while she is still handcuffed with her hands behind her back. Then they put her into a straight jacket and placed her into a psych ward at a DRC facility on 17th street & 2nd ave. The cowardly, thuggish and terrorizing actions of the police officers were reported to the civilian complaint review board (case # 200515422), Internal Affairs, the Mayors office, the Governors office, Don Mattingly (ACS), Robert Morgenthau-District Attorney, FBI, Rep. Carolyn Maloney and a host of others. Nobody did anything but just let the case die down.
Geneva continued to stand firm and returned home to her grandmother on the 30th of December, 2 days after her tragic ordeal. She wrote letters to the Mayor pleading for help, and got nothing, no satisfaction, not even a reply. On 5/7/06 they came back again and took her upstate and locked her up in some type of mental institution. Why is New York City government protecting ACS and Family Court for the obvious crimes they have committed? How many innocent children and parents are subjected to psychiatric evaluation; and are unnecessarily administered mood- stabilizing drugs as a condition to retain the rights of their children?
ACS and Family court is being run like a plantation. It’s a profit-driven industry, a subtle continuation of institutionalized slavery which violates the 13th amendment against slavery and involuntary servitude. Family court has been used to “legalize” this racketeering scheme to rubber stamp ACS state sponsored child & family abuse/neglect cases, and terrorize & subdue underprivileged mothers and their children; mostly Afro-American and Latino. What do they want with Geneva so badly? She did not commit a crime so why do they treat her so? Why are they not educating her? Is this some type of behavior modification experimentation? Why are these individuals being allowed to operate like a secret cult with total impunity within our government?
Constituents of New York please VOICE your OUTRAGE. Today they are targeting mother’s that are considered underprivileged, tomorrow it may be your kids. Please stand up and make the guilty party accountable for their crimes. This is CHILD ABUSE of the worst kind. Please make copies of this document and help pass the word. Their strength is in their concealment. My niece is being used as a sacrificial lamb for their sadistic experiments; and she needs your help. Please make this case public!

Tommy Chin is a third generation Chinese American who was going to college part time and drove taxi three or four nights a week.
Now some New Yorkers may know that there are places cabbies would rather not drive to especially in busy hours, like anywhere far away from mid town Manhattan. New Yorkers have come to expect that taxi drivers are pretty much fresh off the boat and are struggling with English and local geography.
Tommy (not his real name)always played these sterotipical beliefs to stay close to the money and his method was a simple one. When a prospective passenger would state an inconvenient (for Tommy) destination Tommy would just screw his face up to immitate the stereotype bugg eyes buck teeth not too smart new arrival and say, over and over "Wee goh chayatow!" (We go Chinatown). Tommy was one of the top earners in the fleet.

These photos could have been doctored or staged by someone who wanted to disseminate anti-Israeli propaganda. That it is unlikely that the Israeli military would allow schoolgirls near such dangerous weapons would seem to bolster this.This is not to say that those photos are indeed deceptive, but I would like to know their source so I can make a better determination. Spreading inflammatory material such as this without verification is irresponsible in the least. I've come across and exposed false propaganda ploys targetting Islam and the Arabs. There is no excuse for spreading hate on either side.

I meant that as a general statement as I have seen so much spurious sleazy material issuing from every side of every issue that I think every SERIOUS BLOGGER WITH HONEST INTENTIONS should have the journalistic integrity to disclose the source of their material. Obviously, you, as the self-appointed prescient jehovah of the left needn't be held to such considerations.I'll have to dismiss any previous compliments I've made about you (see my first email to you) as being part of my delusional state. These photos were all over the internet and all over the world. To say that you were not able to trace their source is not honest.I work hard on this blog and the companion blog about Child Protective Services in New York City and I have spent many hours of wages also advertising them. I do not think I am any sort of jehovah or messiah of the left or anything else. But this is my blog and it is my decision as to what goes on it and what does not go on it. I am quite single minded about the abuses perpetrated by New York City's by Administration for Children's Services. No one else on the left is, so that's the main burden I carry, making an issue of their gross abuses. There are hundreds of blogs that address zionism and other issues, not to mention activist organizations and I am not foremost in any of that, I simply add my voice in solidarity.

Eurotrash in Ugly America - The Tipping Point.
I would never visit another country without first reading about their customs and manners. I would never want to offend people or unwittingly abuse people. From what I know there are guidebooks in most European languages for travelers contemplating voyages to America.
I always thought that I invented the word "Eurotrash" in 1985 when I was a night time taxi driver struggling to support a wife and two children. I was surprised the first time I heard someone else use the word because I didn't think it could have traveled around so quickly and come back to me. I guess a lot of taxi drivers, waiters and waitresses invented the word all on their own. It would make a lot of sense to me.
Anyone who reads a guide book for travelers to America knows that a normal tip to a taxi driver or waitress is fifteen percent.
Now, I understand the point that working for tips is demeaning. I would much rather that the fare reflect and include my total wage. This would make life better for me and frankly it would probably tend to reduce incidents wherein Black people are refused taxi service. I will get to that later. The fact is though that I do not live in the world that I created, rather I live in the world that I was born into. In that world, American taxi drivers and waitresses derive most or all of their actual incomes from tips. All of American working people are living demeaned lives. We have no effective political party of the working class. We are called "dirt bags." We are called "white trash." We are pushed out of our jobs to make way for people who don't even live here legally because they can be even more easily and completely cheated and exploited than we can be. America is ugly in that way. (It is beautiful in many ways also).
I admire European taxi drivers. I understand that political parties that protect the interests of workers have assured that they have certain protections of the law. They may not be made to work over eight or nine hours, I am told. Here we work twelve hours and we must do so in order to first pay the boss his flat rate profit regardless of what we earn and then pay for gasoline. After these goals are met and only after they are met do we begin to actually earn our wage. Lucky is the driver who keeps half of the money he has brought in during a shift for himself, tips included. Knowing that one can see how crucial tips are to the driver's income.
Waiters and waitresses do not have even the protection of the flimsy American minimum wage laws, as they are assumed to earn almost all of their incomes from tips.
I have seen in a couple of restaurants in Black neighborhoods that "service charges" (tips) are included on the restaurant bills. Now I never took a survey and so I cannot make a scientific pronouncement, but it seems to me in general that more Black passengers don't tip or tip practically zero as compared to whites. I have theories about why this seems to be starting of course from the fact that in general Blacks earn half of what whites earn. To generalize further, it seems that men tip better than women do, gays tip better than straights do, middle age better than the very young and very old, tourists from the American heartland are generous to a fault as compared to Manhattanites, and most Orthodox Jews tip little to nothing.
So, now it's out in the open. Euros, if you do not want to respect the manners and customs of the United States by all means rent a car, travel by bus and subway and cook in your hotel rooms. Or stay in Europe.

Regarding white person living in the non-white neighborhood... These things are always so much more complicated than simplistic, mostly race-based conceptions. I'm a 44-year-old guy of Jewish heritage who is also a native of The Bronx (Fordham area - wasn't white anymore for several years when I was a child there) who just recently moved into the surprisingly up-and-coming neighborhood of Mott Haven (South Bronx, as you probably know). I think the place is nicer and safer than it once was, but I'm more comfortable in the junk stores and Latino restaurants than I am in the trendy bar or the arty hangouts, probably because I grew up in The Bronx. I live in a set of two houses where white people live, but my landlord has lived here for most of the whole 50 years of her life and these houses were owned by her family for generations. I really enjoy living here for now; I think I'm sort of getting the best of both worlds (that is, neighborhood is "improving," but it's still very much part of the old Bronx), and I'm not getting a vibe from anyone about being one of those invading Yuppie white people. Of course, it could just be that I don't seem like someone who has a lot of money, people may know that I'm just renting a room in an old house, and I'm not living in the trendy Clock Tower Building...
Last year I lived in a small black neighborhood in Staten Island, where I was held up by gunpoint and where I felt much less safe around groups of local non-white youths, etc., specifically because I felt a kind of tension there that I don't feel here right now. Ironically, when I told people I lived in Staten Island, they thought I lived in a borough that was all white and suburban.
There's always going to be some internal conflict regarding gentrification, etc., for those of us who are leftists (especially if we don't have money) but who also value our personal safety . This is especially true if we work at night (as I do, proofreading documents as a temp worker on the midnight shift). But like you said, there should be no guilt about wanting to have a place to live that we can afford - and wanting to survive there.

Richard I feel what you are telling me but you are missing my point. I'm not saying these white kids are "innocent lambs" nor am I one. I'll tell you what I mean. Simply one white in the ghetto leads to another, and another and another. This is where trouble starts because eventually who moves in are self styled "pioneers" or "settlers" who buy up rooming houses and turn them into mansions for themselves, who could care less and know even less about what a roll of toilet paper or a gallon of milk costs and thusly allow the local merchants to jack up prices. These settlers feel comfortable because when they cruised the area they saw you or they saw me and said to themselves that yes, whites can live here. Look around Pratt University in Brooklyn, Williamsburg, the Lower East Side to see what I speak of.
So what to do? I don't have all the answers. The political system allows for a level of protest as long as it is not effective. Once it becomes effective the hammer comes down. The Democratic Party at one time was the protector of tenants in our city and state. Now it is ineffective on this matter too. One can blog of course and say whatever one wishes in anger and protest.
This country reminds me more and more of my Army days. A soldier could yell "F@ck the Army" in the barracks (as long as no officer as around) to his heart's content. Just don't miss formation.

The Administration for Children's Services Foster Kids AIDS Experiment Scandal, The December 12th Movement, AHRP and the "Gay Party Line."
It's time this particualr bull got grabbed by the horns. A year ago the Black Nationalist radio station WBAI (New York's Pacifica Station) connected December 12th Movement was up in arms, rightly so, over the scandal that was exposed by Liam Scheff and got aired on BBC a year previously. D12M along with an organization called Alliance for Human Research Protection exerted effort and created enough pressure for Administration For Children's Services Commissioner to feel he had to at least announce that he was investigating the matter. It came to light almost immediately that ACS had had no idea how many foster children they had turned over for forced drug experimentation and could only give a rough estimate as to the number involved ("approximately 465", and not the "65" first mentioned.)
Liam Scheff and several others including scientists who are well respected, but who are now labled "AIDS denialists" participated in the exposure of the ACS/Incarnation House AIDS drug torture scandal. Now I have been documenting for some time how this "investigation," conducted for the Michael Bloomberg regime by NYC contract agency VERA Institute For Justice, is a slow motion farce that has no destination anywhere near reality. And here I stand, a taxi driving lone blogger crying out in the wilderness, risking the labels of "homophobe," "AIDS denialist" and "Moonbat." Why am I out there alone? Is it because the question has no merit? Read through this blog and its companion blog "ACS must be stopped" and you will see that there is quite a bit of valid reason to be upset about the ACS handling of these children, almost all of whom are (or were) not white children, and about the investigation as well. There must be a reason why D12M, AHRP and any other group of people who would supposedly be upset over the government forcing experimental drugs on black and Latino children, many of whom were only "presumed" to be sick in the first place, without any legal safeguards for their protection, are not around for this fight at this time, are apparently ready to allow a coverup non investigation to put the matter to rest.
Here it gets complicated. "AIDS denialists" like Liam Scheff do not believe that there is any connection between the HIV antibodies and found in many AIDS patients and AIDS, or the various conditions called AIDS. They get many people quite angry by suggesting that some of the illness called AIDS is really connected with what has been called "The Gay Lifestyle." Gays, being brothers and sisters of all humanity have suffered discrimination, beatings, and blame over "AIDS" and decent people do not want to either hurt their feelings nor stir up more trouble for them. But can a lifestyle of recreational drugs, promiscuity, junk food and lack of proper rest be healthful? Of course not.
AIDS denialists, so called, point to the many people who have been diagnosed as being HIV positive who refuse to take the medications being promoted for them and who also do not seem to get sick! In my tenure as a child protective worker I can recall two moms who had lived lives of drug abuse and promiscuity and poverty, had been diagnosed with HIV disease, had simply turned their lives around, had not taken any medications and were at least as far as the eye could see well after many years.
These anecdotes do not prove or disprove any connection between AIDS and HIV. There is also a dispute over whether many people who have died of "AIDS" were in fact killed by the medications they were given and not by the HIV virus. It's safe to say some have been. How many and to what extent this invalidates the HIV connection I am not qualified to state. It's possible, I could not tell you, that some or all of those diagnosed HIV positive who do not take medication and do not get sick have a unique genetic make up. Don't ask me. I do not know.
What I do know is that the political left and the pro gay movement as it exists tend to support the medications. This should have no bearing on the crimes committed against foster children by ACS and its predecessors, by Columbia Presbyterian and by Incarnation House. Let's not have the interests, even the posthumous interests, of Black and Latino orphans and foster children be steamrolled and shoved aside. They deserve that the truth about the Incarnation House scandal not be buried. If I have to shout about it all alone, so be it.
Liam Scheff and several others including scientists who are well respected, but who are now labled "AIDS denialists" participated in the exposure of the ACS/Incarnation House AIDS drug torture scandal. Now I have been documenting for some time how this "investigation," conducted for the Michael Bloomberg regime by NYC contract agency VERA Institute For Justice, is a slow motion farce that has no destination anywhere near reality. And here I stand, a taxi driving lone blogger crying out in the wilderness, risking the labels of "homophobe," "AIDS denialist" and "Moonbat." Why am I out there alone? Is it because the question has no merit? Read through this blog and its companion blog "ACS must be stopped" and you will see that there is quite a bit of valid reason to be upset about the ACS handling of these children, almost all of whom are (or were) not white children, and about the investigation as well. There must be a reason why D12M, AHRP and any other group of people who would supposedly be upset over the government forcing experimental drugs on black and Latino children, many of whom were only "presumed" to be sick in the first place, without any legal safeguards for their protection, are not around for this fight at this time, are apparently ready to allow a coverup non investigation to put the matter to rest.
Here it gets complicated. "AIDS denialists" like Liam Scheff do not believe that there is any connection between the HIV antibodies and found in many AIDS patients and AIDS, or the various conditions called AIDS. They get many people quite angry by suggesting that some of the illness called AIDS is really connected with what has been called "The Gay Lifestyle." Gays, being brothers and sisters of all humanity have suffered discrimination, beatings, and blame over "AIDS" and decent people do not want to either hurt their feelings nor stir up more trouble for them. But can a lifestyle of recreational drugs, promiscuity, junk food and lack of proper rest be healthful? Of course not.

iS iSRAEL tHE fUTURE oF tHE wORLD?
Israel as Future of the Globe?

For all those who think that Israel is run by the most despicable, racist and repressive regime in the world here is some very bad news indeed.
Not only are the Israeli state and its ruthless methods here to stay they could also be, very frighteningly, a prototype of our collective global future.
Watching the unbelievable destruction wrought by the Israelis in Gaza and Lebanon a simple question very high on many minds must be ‘ How in hell does this artificially concocted child of European guilt and American ambition get away with all this again and again and again?’
The answer is that instead of being a strange historical aberration Israel may well be a model state that global elites want to establish to control the world in the days to come.
A world where the ruling classes live off the stolen resources and labour of those they contemptuously deem ‘lesser human beings’ in a system of institutionalized apartheid.
A world where the forces of the militarized State can routinely shoot anybody, even entire populations and call them ‘terrorists’ with complete impunity.
A world where the process of nation building automatically involves smashing the sovereignty of every other nation reducing their people to a faceless, nameless, helpless mass.
The question of why Israel’s brazen crimes against humanity have been tolerated by the so called ‘international community’ is not new at all, being one asked from the very day this nation was violently forged six decades ago. The legacy of Zionist terrorism, the numerous pogroms against the Palestinians, the systematic usurpation of their land, the routine bombing of civilians, the murder of peace activists--- any other fledgling nation even contemplating crimes on this scale would have been ostracized out of existence by now.
Many have attempted to answer this conundrum in many different ways. Israel is the bulldog of the US in the Middle-East – there to keep an eye on the region’s oil wealth, promote the sales of Western arms and intimidate Arab regimes into meek submission. And in all its actions Israel merely imitates its mentors in the United States, whose own list of crimes against humanity make that of its protégé pale into nothing.
For some others it is Israel, run by Jewish supremacists, that is manipulating the West for its own devious purposes. They are abetted in all this by Christian fundamentalists in the US who believe in some complicated bull about the role of Zionists in bringing about rapture, the return of Jesus Christ and Armageddon. (An end of the world hastened and brought about by these strange bed fellows themselves)
In yet another version the formation of Israel, aided and encouraged by Western powers, was a historical fobbing off of Europe’s abused Jewish masses onto the heads of the hapless Palestinian people- fulfilling the Nazi dream of getting Europe rid of the Jews. A cynical pitting of the victims of European racism against the victims of their colonialism.
There is no doubt of course that the history of Europe and post-Second World War geopolitics of the United States have a lot to do with the creation of Israel.
In many ways the State of Israel carries over into our era all the baggage of Europe from the turn of the 19th century with its simplistic understanding of race and biology, the crude equation of national interest with conquest of territory, the brutal trappings of the colonial state and worst of all the tryst with fascism that deeply shaped the worldview of Zionism. In the past six decades Israel’s behaviour, within its own region, has also mirrored the relentless American need for control over the world’s natural resources.
But all this focus on historical trends obscures the fact that in contemporary Israel today has become the template of a terrible global future. Here is where the accumulated burdens of the past, stoked to the right temperatures in the crucible of the present, are shaping the contours of a world yet to come.
Already, the aggressive Israeli ‘whatever the cost’ pursuit of self-interest - unfettered by any principles of civilized behaviour and contemptuous of all international law- has become the role model for governments in many other parts of the world. Every indicator points to this sad trend. The way the leaders of the world have openly acquiesced in the Israeli assault on the Palestinians and Lebanese in recent days is testimony to the fact that elites everywhere find this violence a useful exercise, not just in the context of the Middle-East itself but on their own home turf too.
Just take your eyes off for a minute from Israel and look around the globe and you can see what I mean. Look at the mini-Israels that governments everywhere are operating within their own national boundaries against the poor, the ethnic minorities, the historically marginalized or any population that can be enslaved at low cost. For the votaries of the hard state and the preservers of privilege everywhere Israel is the pioneering trendsetter in newer and more brazen ways of exercising illegitimate power.
That is why even as many governments condemn Israel in public, they are also slyly figuring out how best to incorporate elements of similar repression within the apparatus of their own states.
At one level is the exhortation to emulate Israel internationally. In India, after the mysterious Mumbai bomb blasts in early July that killed over 200 people there has been a clamour from the right wing to ‘do it like the Israelis’ and bomb whoever is responsible for the blasts wherever. That’s a call for bombing nothing less than four countries, given the officially aired suspicion that the mastermind behind the blasts is somewhere in Kenya, was trained in Pakistan, hatched the plot in Nepal and infiltrated into the country through Bangladesh.
Going by this logic, now that the Israeli bombing of Lebanon has already killed two Indians and injured several more that makes a strong case for India bombing Tel Aviv too. (That would be truly ironic as India is today the largest customer for Israeli weapons!) Imitating Israel, in anything it does, is a recipe for perpetual World War- something that suits the designs of some countries and their rulers perhaps but not of a majority of this planet’s residents.
At another level governments around the globe are using the excuse of the Israeli example to terrorise their own populations. While Israel certainly did not invent the concept of kidnapping, torture and assassination of its opponents it has done more than any other regime in the world to legitimize such behaviour internationally. (This has been possible of course because of its special hold over Western governments- particularly the US – who define what is ‘legitimate’ and what is not.)
Given the discontent produced by the forces of globalization throughout the world and the need of the elites for controlling the ‘rebellious masses’ Israel’s approach to law and order are a ‘valuable’ contribution towards maintenance of the unjust status quo everywhere. All you need to do is to close your eyes, shut your conscience out, pretend to be the Israeli government and imagine all your opponents – workers, farmers, students anyone- as Palestinians.
In that sense it is not just nation states but also corporations- which are the main shareholders of the Empire - that seek guidance from Israel for ideas on how to put down dissent and continue ruling the world. After all at the core of global capitalism lies a fierce authoritarian urge that seeks to monopolise everything that exists but is unable to do so because the little people of the world have fought and established, over the centuries, some basic norms and laws of human and social behaviour. If Israel keeps demolishing these ‘barriers’ and advances the forces of barbarism - it makes complete world domination by the moneyed that much easier.
What emerges then is that, given the importance of Israel to global elites, a solution to the Palestinian question can never really be achieved through a struggle that focuses exclusively on the politics of the Middle-East itself. Contrary to what Condoleezza Rice believes a lasting resolution of the issue will not come from eliminating the Hezbollah. Instead a just peace is possible only by promoting more organizations that are willing to take on the various global interests that are bent on making our entire world look like one large State of Israel.

In moral and ethical terms they attempted to murder me.
Now, before you decide that I've gone totally paranoid and bonkers read this and you'll see what I mean. Unjustly and immorally terminating the employment of a sixty year old man is really to attempt to kill him. And right off the bat I want to tell you it isn't nearly working. I have not been so happy and at peace in at least ten years.

Objective: To assess effect of unemployment and early retirement on mortality in a group of middle aged British men.
Design: Prospective cohort study (British Regional Heart Study). Five years after initial screening, information on employment experience was obtained with a postal questionnaire.
Setting: One general practice in each of 24 towns in Britain.
Subjects: 6191 men aged 40-59 who had been continuously employed for at least five years before initial screening in 1978-80: 1779 experienced some unemployment or retired during the five years after screening, and 4412 remained continuously employed.
Main outcome measure: Mortality during 5.5 years after postal questionnaire.
Results: Men who experienced unemployment in the five years after initial screening were twice as likely to die during the following 5.5 years as men who remained continuously employed (relative risk 2.13 (95% confidence interval 1.71 to 2.65). After adjustment for socioeconomic variables (town and social class), health related behaviour (smoking, alcohol consumption, and body weight), and health indicators (recall of doctor diagnoses) that had been assessed at initial screening the relative risk was slightly reduced, to 1.95 (1.57 to 2.43). Even men who retired early for reasons other than illness and who appeared to be relatively advantaged and healthy had a significantly increased risk of mortality compared with men who remained continuously employed (relative risk 1.87 (1.35 to 2.60)). The increased risk of mortality from cancer was similar to that of mortality from cardiovascular disease (adjusted relative risk 2.07 and 2.13 respectively).
Conclusions: In this group of stably employed middle aged men loss of employment was associated with an increased risk of mortality even after adjustment for background variables, suggesting a causal effect. The effect was non-specific, however, with the increased mortality involving both cancer and cardiovascular disease.

I am going to quote some documents here for you to look at regarding the charges ACS placed against me as well as Commissioner Mattingly's rabid email to my home. Once you read these things you might conclude that indeed, I was in a desperate situation at ECS and that my rash decision to resign might be quite understandable. ACS then refused, illegally, to accept that I had rescinded this resignation within plenty of time, and so I am purusing the grievance process in attempting to reverse this ilegal act.
1- ACS tasks and standards lawfully required of a child protective worker>
Task #1- "Investigates child abuse/neglect allegations, complaints, referred from central registry/applications units, by contacting complainant, eliciting/clarifying further information, interviewing parents/other abusers/collateral persons/ reading available records, in order to determine whether the charges are founded/recommend action to be taken.
When I did this I was charged with "shading my conclusions" by illiterate eighteen year veteran supervisor Maradesa Adegbola, and these charges were signed off on by useless wimp John Mattingly and matchbook graduate attorney Michele Weinstat. This was a case in which the "complainant" did not suspect abuse, in which a doctor had examined the body of a deceased infant and did not suspect abuse, and in which the State Central Register refused to accept the initial report. In fact I was dispatched to the case address at 2:20 in the morning lacking a valid SCR report, one which was later concocted with falsified information.
Standards:
"Investigation initiated within twenty four hours of the report. "
I initiated the investigation pror to the SCR even accepting a report.
"Home visits within 48 hours and within 24 hours when immediate danger is suspected."
No immediate danger was suspected, the police had been in the home in question short hours before and they did not see any imminent danger yet I was "written up" by illiterate supervisor Maradesa Adegbola, charges signed off on by useless wimp Mattingly, and charges pressed by matchbox graduate attorney Michele Weinstat.
I will from time to time post further notes and document quotes about my case and also the death of David J, an ECS worker who was similarly unlawfully railroaded and who died tragically while under a six month suspension. These people have a lot to be ashamed of and I am going to be certain that shame is what they shall feel.
Meanwhile Maradesa, Vargas, Michele, John, nice guy Pat who covers up for idiots like Vargas and Adegbola, and Philippe, be assured that I am not anywhere near death, I'm happily employed and determined that none of you get away clean.
