People tell me I ought to write a book

And a lot of the book is on this blog, so I am starting to take those posts down.

AllState has finally sent me my check for lost wages dating to August 24, 2007. It covers ten weeks and although it is in fact a pittance this is what the law allows. My settlement check is going to be around $16,000 and I expect to see it by April Fools Day. They still owe me for transportation to and from doctors and physical therapy and refuse to pay a couple of doctors bills. My plan is to sue them in small claims court once I get the $16,000, including suing the insurance adjuster personally.
